- You: a person or entity that is registered with Teckwrapcraft to use the Services.
Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Teckwrapcraft. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Teckwrapcraft. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Teckwrapcraft, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Policy.
If you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:
Refunds
We at ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
RIGHT TO RETURN
We accept a return if we sent you the wrong item or if the item is faulty. Please contact our customer service team to arrange your return. We will need to know your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for return. If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available, we will process a refund back to the original account used to purchase the item.
Lost Parcels Policy ($99 free shipping orders)
There are times when your parcel is either delivered to the wrong address or it is lost by shipping carrier. Please contact us immediately for any such situation and follow these guidelines:
If your tracking shows delivered and you did not get the shipment yet, first of all please check your mailbox, porch, surrounding area of your delivery box. If you still cannot find your parcel please contact DHL immediately, file a claim and send us the case number so we can start your claim with the shipping carrier i.e. DHL, FedEx or UPS.
DHL, FedEx and UPS takes around 15-20 days to fulfill your claim of lost parcels.
DHL, FedEx and UPS only allow claim for shipments reported lost within 1 month after tracking shows delivered. After 1 month these shipping carriers don't entertain any claim, thus we even cannot do anything, so please contact us at your earliest in case your tracking shows delivered and you didn't get the parcel yet.
Order Issues Policy (LA warehouse orders)
Please make sure all packagings( item packaging and poly bag)are with the products before the issue is solved with us.
If there is any items missing from order, please email us at craft@teckwrap.com with the shipping label picture on poly packaging as well as the picture with all barcodes on the items you received. Our team member will forward the issue to warehouse and help solve the issue as soon as we can.
Returns & Refunds & Exchange is not applicable on sale, discounts, clearance or any other promotions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
